Berkshire Pontoon Quality Construction

On the water you expect quality and reliability in your boat and your equipment. As builders of the most luxurious pontoons we feel a duty to construct a product that is built to last and build right. We start with our air pressurized and chambered tube construction that strengthens the inner walls of our pontoons. The Berkshire chassis is constructed using extruded C-channel and box channel cross members spaced every 16 inches, providing a more stable and rigid platform. At Berkshire we also weld a full length structural riser to the tubes and floor supports. The 7 ply 3/4" pressure preserved marine plywood deck panels are attached to the crossmembers, floor supports and risers using stainless steel fasteners. This design creates superior strength.
